I see that you´re following me in here. : )
I hope we can exchange some ideas regarding the research of memes. I try to approach the subject by adding Linguistic’s contribution to the occurence of the phenomenon.
By the way, I´m studying the Brazilian meme “Que deselegante” / “What inelegant” (poor translantion , indeed! How can that description be changed to “How impolite”?)
I´ve posted a considerable amount of new information about that specific Brazilian meme. What´s next now, so that it can be certified as an original meme?
