A 10-year old (Verbose) tried to “sing” this song to his crush while on a field trip. I had a crush on this girl through middle school, but alas, unrequited love is certainly a thing.
We actually met during my last trip home and talked a bit. I’m less of a Steve Urkel, and she doesn’t seem like the unattainable Laura Winslow that she once was. Amazing what 15 years will do for your perspective (and your voice and muscle tone. :P)
