It’s funny you say this, for I’ve just finished readin’ War of the Ancients.

But Illidan wasn’t really a betrayer, but for some reason he got this title anyway. He was prisoned for bein’ insane and bein’ potential danger to the society. He would’ve been executed, but Malfurion wanted him just prisoned, ‘cause he, too, expected Legion’s return. And, ironicly, if not Illidan, Third War would’ve been lost.
