This: “This just shows the sad future of meme-dom. This wouldn’t be popular if the media didn’t show it on the news every thirty seconds. It’s basically a manufactured meme. Pretty soon, corporations will understand that they can create “viral sensations” using the media, and we’ll see “The Burger King Bed Intruder”, “All Your Five Dollar Footlong Are Belong To Us”, and “Double Rainbow Bar and Grill”. It’s like how YouTube is being turned into a Vevo/Hulu combination, and less user-generated content. This is my theory on the death of the Meme.”
