This must succeed.
For journalistic integrity!

About god damn time.

They never really were “Fair and Balanced”.

They were pure propaganda.

I’m not entirely sure how this works. Can’t someone else in the Fox News empire request broadcast licenses? All the journalists over there are millionaires, and can easily support a media outlet.

It goes by outlet, not by person.

If Fox gets their licence revoked, that’s the end of Fox news.

I would LOVE to see fox get taken down.

It’s just a dot or period on your post and that is about it.

People should watch real news, like the Onion or the Colbert Report.

But… but… Now people will have to watch REAL news sources! There goes all the wonderful uninformed people!

I’m surprised but glad that this all is happening.

Now I’m just hoping that the FCC decides to revoke the licence.
Murdoch’s going to prison though, I hear.

A liberal watchdog group writes a letter to the FCC asking them to revoke Fox New’s broadcast license, and you all are celebrating the defeat of Fox news.

All you need now is a “Mission accomplished” banner and an aircraft carrier.

Please let this be true.
Don’t let me down, FCC.

We’re all hoping and praying. Nobody’s declaring victory.
Also, what does it matter that they were a Liberal watchdog group? Fox loves to claim that there is bias in the other direction on other newstations, but there really isn’t at any comparable scale. Fox is the only news station that deliberately attempts to distort its messages.
Don’t think that they’re a legitimate conservative news station. They’re an affront to journalism.

I’m trying to quote the post as my own, considering you can’t do stuff like this on your website for what I presume is to stop trolling.

Did you guys know that West Point released some documents they found in Osama Bin Laden’s Hideout?

One of the excerpts read like this:

The correspondence suggests that Bin Laden’s inner circle closely monitored US news media.

Al-Qaeda media adviser Adam Gadahn described ABC News as “all right, actually it could be one of the best channels as far as we are concerned”, but he said Fox News “falls into the abyss” and “lacks neutrality”.

It’s really sad when Al-Qaeda knows more about what’s fair in our media than the people in charge.

CNN’s pretty shitty too, and spends too much time not doing news. That’s why they’ve lost half their viewers. Also, they used to host Glenn Beck.
