If my memory is correct…
1) Spooky Logic posts Radiohead
2) American Tanker posts Metallica
3) Chris posts Justin Bieber
4) TehRussBus posts The Doors
5) Quantum Meme posts Pendulum
6) I post deadmau5
Those are the ones I can remember off of the top of my head, I apologize if I forgot someone or got them wrong.
So then, allow me to start the trend:

At least the current Hot 100 has been interesting lately. After “We Are Young” and “Somebody That I Used to Know”, there’ve been success from the same genre lately. They haven’t reached #1, but they’re in the Top 40 at least.

Guys, Childish Gambino is still indie. He’s still indie.

Better than Smells Like Teen Spirit in my opinion.

Music, haha! But y’know what sucks? Streetlight Manifesto was gonna have a new album out on Nov. 8th, but they had to delay until January. Shit wasn’t cash at all.

I am a Muse fan. One of my favourite song from their new album, The 2nd Law, is this.

Guys, as the mod said:
PUT THE VIDEOS BEHIND SPOILERS

This is why we can’t have smooth scrolling.
So please, think of the people who have grandpas for computers.

It doesn’t matter because videos don’t automatically play. It doesn’t take much to load thumbnails of vids. The vid itself doesn’t load until you click play.

Also, here’s a good one. There aren’t enough songs like this.

It doesn’t take much to load thumbnails of vids.

It does if there is a lot of them

Every Flash iFrame on the page loads a chunk of data even if you don’t play the video’s, not just for the thumbnail but the flash object itself and video metadata. Trust me, the numbers stack up very quickly. We’ve seen the effects first-hand in threads that had 30-40 video’s on one page. It was enough to crash the plug-in

So far this page is using 10k more memory than normal which isn’t a problem but I don’t know how much simultaneous loading that Shockwave Flash can handle. It’s less than you think, especially if you are using a shitty internet connection

Already this page takes about 10 seconds longer to load for me when I open it.

This thread uses 90k of memory to load. That’s not all that high.

@Katia

I know, I pointed that out. Not that memory usage in total is the real issue.

The problem is simultaneous loading of flash iFrames and sending so many simultaneous requests to Youtube.com than it stresses the Flash plug-in.

That’s what I mean.

Spoilers prevent simultaneous videos from loading their thumbnails and reduce load time for the page.

Obligatory Finnish folk metal about drinking.

Mods can edit posts past the time limit, right? Would it be possible for one to put some of these behind spoilers? I crashed about six times trying to make this post, just from all the videos.

One of my favourite bands too, but you should know…

Sonny left the band after the second album, Heroine, because of issues with his vocal chords. The song you posted is sung by the guitarist of the first two albums.

Most recently I’ve gotten into Folk Metal and Technical Death Metal. Top tier music = Metal and it’s sub-genres (If you are against sub-genres, you aren’t really a metalhead, now are you?) Also, Ska punk and rock are amazing. I also listen to electronic music (glitch hop and electric rock mostly) and some country. I pretty much like every genre I’ve heard except for rap, pop, hip-hop, and variants of such.
