It's already been signed into law by Obama.

So a government official, such as the secret service or president. Not police. So protesting isn't all gone.

You already typically have to request an official time and place for protest, and be authorized for it. Bill was a waste of time, as if you broke those grounds, you weren't intending to follow the law anyway.

That is some bull fucking shit.

What is the point of protesting an official if he's not present to hear it? It's pissing into the wind, shouting into space!
