Reuters just said on Twitter that North Korea is to enter a state of war with South Korea. The two countries are still technically at war, but it looks like de facto war is returning.

NK warns Embassies that they are at risk. They state that safety is not guaranteed, and are prepared to provide whatever the Embassies may need in order to flee to safety. Doesn't look like us Brits are going anywhere though.
