There's a part of me that wants to believe Glass is just tech for the sake of tech rather than solving any meaningful problem (a description I still believe fits the ipad in most of its capacities), but I know it isn't that. It's… another step up in connectivity, making us even more integrated to the information universe, like… it's becoming physically part of us, or something. I dunno, even as I write that I know it's a completely irrational thing to think, but there's just something about the mindset behind the glasses, even more than the glasses themselves, that makes me more than a little uncomfortable. I just wish I could coherently put words around what it is.
