-Pauline (needs more female characters, I'm not a pedo).

To me: I think the following retro course are
SNES: Bowser Castle 1, Mario Circuit 4
N64: Toad's Turnpike, Royal Raceway
GBA: Bowser Castle 4, Sunset Wilds
GCN: Dry Dry Desert is already confirmed so the other would be Mushroom City
DS: Shroom Ridge, Tick-Tock Clock, Cheep Cheep Beach
Wii: Wario's Gold Mine, Rainbow Road
3DS: Comfirmed: Pirahna Plant Slide and Music Park. So, the next one might be Neo Bowser City
