How did you find this site?

The old creepypasta “BEN DROWNED.” I had found the video whilst perusing YouTube and wanted to know more about it. I figured a site devoted to researching memes would be just the right place to do so but I guess I ended up staying around longer than I originally planned on…

…about three years longer ._.

My mom wanted me to look up coxihna because she saw it on twitter. I looked it up and I learned about memes. I then found o rly. Then for the next 3 years I lurked. Then after I had completed my degree at Lurk Univerisity, I made my account.

I was searching for the worst website on the internet. I found it.

Then I decided to look for something funny, and found this site.

Did you ever find anything funny?

Sorta just stumbled upon it actually, no specific memory, or really even funny story to go along with it; though I am damn glad I did find it, even if it took me 9 months of near inactivity for me to actually start “working” up to where I am now, kinda when to me at least I truly became a member.

I stumbled upon this site while I was clicking random links on TVTropes. Even then, I didn’t immediately make an account and lurked for nearly two years. It was only about six months ago or so that I finally started hanging out here officially.

I was playing Super Scribblenauts and I was creating a bunch of random shit with my notebook, and I got Spaghetti Cat. I looked it up and it lead me to this site.

I, in all my internet n00by glory, became interested in creepypasta. I looked up youtube videos about it, and eventually I found the KYM one. Somehow that lead me to the website, where I lurked for a while until my useless and unhealthy desire to argue in the comments forced me to create an acount.
So, here I am. And I’ll never leave. Good news, right guys?

I was searching the meaning of each of the rage faces. Then, I discovered Pony and I joined.

Only a real grade A faggot would join because of pone. I mean pone is for foggets.

Your post is offensive to faggots everywhere.

im surprised no one mentioned the knowyourmeme videos.

those made by rocketboom were pretty awesome. i sub’d. then was annoyed nothing new came out, tracked the channel to its source – here. and loved it ever since.

Owens: Master Faggot.

At your service.

Seriously, though, I just floundered about through the tubes and ended up here. I didn’t join until I discovered ponies and Pony General, though.

When I first joined, I basically dwelt in Pony General and nowhere else, but I’ve since branched out. I now access KYM in its entirety. I love being here.

Funny story, actually. The other day I was fucking around with RandomMan, and I made a jab at him. Verbose jokingly suggested he ban my account for being a pain in the dick (paraphrased… probably), which made me realize (and state) something: I value my KYM account a lot, and would probably shed manly tears if it were to ever actually be terminated.

I really do love this site, and those who frequent it.

I’d seen the YT videos before, but I hadn’t seen the site until I learned of teh poniez. I joined for teh poniez and stayed for teh lulz. Still waiting for teh lulz. It somewhat amazes me that I had been on that site where I lost all faith in humanity for a full 6 months before I found this one. Garlic bread anyone?

The same way I think most people found it. Saw a meme, wondered what the hell it meant, googled it, and here we are.

I searched for Pone.

Dac confirmed for small bundle of kindling.

When I was new to the internet, I looked up “Funny Me Mes (That’s how I pronounced it. Sigh…)”. I found this website, researched stuff for a while, ruined my brain, and then forgot about the site. Years later, I joined just ‘cuz. I still cry at night about how I could be the cool kid in school instead of the kid whoo spends most of his time on the Internet. My life has been devoted to it, though. The Internet sucked me in dry the first time I saw a Weird Al video. I think about how I could be a well-respected man in the community instead of being a pre-pubescent boy on the internet because somehow, the Internet scrambles the average human’s aging and maturity process.

I was introduced to the videos through something else, can’t remember what exactly, rather early on in the series. I lurked for awhile, then decided to post in the comments, eventually showed up to the forums. Posted a lot, then pretty much left wholesale for about a year to focus on IRL stuff before coming back. This gives me the dubious honor of being one of the oldest active users here, I suppose.

All i remember is that i searched for a meme,(maybe shoop da whoop or this is sparta, not entirely sure) then found this site, then left. Then i joined a forum for some kind of particle physics simulation with awesome stuff like lasers and bombs. I was there for like a year or more. I met a few people like a hardcore trekkie and a guy interested in SCPs, then they banned me just for having a creepy avatar.(One of the users there had Jeff the killer as an avatar, while i had the “i have special eyes” shepard photo. they banned me.) At the same time, i was lurking the entries here, then made an account after they banned me.
tl;dr version:Indirectly google.

I got sick and tired of 9gag years ago. Then after searching different pictures of memes and some funny images on Google, this website showed up. The first encounter I had on this website that I’ll never forget was seeing a gif image of that semi-naked man on a skate board with some long metal rod on his mouth. Afterwards, I enjoyed it here.

Does anyone remember when KYM had a killer Tumblr account?

I’m currently trying to update that thing on a semi-daily basis. Currently all posts you see on that Tumblr are made by me.
