Hit "Copy Image Location" (or your browser's equivalent) after right-clicking on the image you want to post. Then just paste the url you get into this code
!image.jpg!
or insert into this code
<img src="image.jpg">
and that's it.

To display an image in a comment, you can use textile or hmtl coding <a href"https://knowyourmeme.com/forums/site-related/topics/12023-kym-guide-to-textile">(the full description here) and many use textile as it's the easiest.
To post an image, put the direct image URL bracketed by two exclamation marks as shown:
!imageurlgoeshere!
