The man otherwise known as the guy who said the Rapture was going to happen on May 21, 2011 has died. What do you have to say? Do you think he got what he deserved for putting the world in turmoil?

I will pray when I can for his family.

In spite of the typical end of the world junk he put out, he was generally harmless. The entire Mayan thing was more turmoil-ish then his stick in the park.

I wouldn't say he put the world in turmoil exactly but I do recall hearing about a number of people giving up all their worldly possessions because of his disillusions and that he really freaked out some kids. Thankfully most people knew he was just full of shit because in earlier times someone crying "end of the world" often went a lot worse.
