Hectorius,

I was once like you, i thought it was really, really, really, slow. I fell asleep watching it for the first time. But watching it again it has become so much better. The soundtrack is absolutely amazing, i also love the vintage grindhouse feel of the movie and Kurt Russel does an awesome job in it. Also the dialogue is pretty awesome even though most of it is just random banter, it is quite interesting. Add in the greatest car chase ever filmed and it makes for a personal favourite.
