Take Justin Bieber for example, people care more about celeberties than the Ukrainian Protests. In terms of popular media, some idiot many people care about is focused on instead of what is going on some nowhere near home. Same with a couple months back, the “death” of Brian Griffin was more talked about than the typhoons in the Phillipines.
