Even though the regular season is several months away, I'd like to make an NFL thread.
The draft is on the horizon, so why not?
The 49ers are in some deep trouble with Aldon Smith returning to prison yet again and Kaep with a sexual assault charge.
The Giants had a below-decent offseason, losing Hakeem Nicks and Justin Tuck but it was bound to happen. At least we got DRC, Walter Thurmond and Rashad Jennings. The Jets got the better with receiving Eric Decker and an injury-riddled Michael Vick (hey, isn't it better to not have Vick than Mark Sanchez?) even though they lost Antonio Cromartie and Austin Howard. I could expect Geno to play for Vick for some of the season. I guess I should get ready for yet another Giants' downfall.
