By the way, Derpy, there is a discrepancy between the screenshot and the NYTimes article: the screen says May 15th is the day of the final vote, while the NYTimes says it's the day the draft(s) will be released for public comment, with the vote taking place later in the year. This must be resolved.

Oh god….

This is going to stifle many websites, all those sites, even the small ones, are going to have to be charged just to have their privileges. They talk about net neutrality but that's the exact opposite.

Hope this gets shot down in May.
