it would be the most boring war ever.

Day 23 on the front-lines:

This war on the internet has only just begin to heat up, yet we're running low on rations and broadband internet access. Home-base is refusing to increase our rations supply until we manage to shut down Twitter. Shouldn't be too hard, they just fight back by using hashtags like "StoptheWar" and worthless stuff like that. We've already managed to shut down MySpace, but that wasn't really a big feat in anyone's mind. Facebook was second to go, and while it put up a fight, it went down relativley quickly. Our biggest threat currently is the website known as 4chan. They really have built up an army over the years and their defenses are insanely strong. We've been spamming /b/ with government issued cease and desist letters, but they just photoshop politicians' heads onto porn. When things got tough, we attempted to hack them, but they just hacked back and trmporarily shut down our main-frame. Their biggest wild-card is 4chan's Special Ops division known simply as "Anonymous". They've been sending us intimidating videos of guys dressed up in creepy masks and it's literally creeping the hell out of everyone in the unit. Signing off.

After all those teen suicides and now the #jadapose controversy, I'm surprised they haven't gotten off their butts and nuked us.

They would nuke themselves.
