Oh, yeah, I don’t know what happened to that thread, but to avoid having newbies creating bad submissions create a Beginner’s Guide that tells newbies what makes a meme (Derivations by other people), what makes a good submission about a meme, what not to post in submissions, and anything else that would help in the manner. I expect quality of submissions to rise considerably.

Good. That way we don’t end up like Uncyclopedia. Supposedly, 98% of their members don’t know what they’re doing, and that seems ot be true, because only 3.3% of all articles made in a day aren’t trash.
