Also, if you have a high pulse rate, I'd suggest you try Zen meditation. I heard from a friend that it does wonders for people even though it's rather confusing.

Have you tried taking blood instead?

It's super easy and it doesn't matter how fast your pulse is.

I mean there is plenty of blood out there, I don't see any problem if you take some from other people.
