Gotta be the Leechgrave from Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days. He sprays poison gas, shoots seed missles, has a giant jaw hidden in the coffin you need to hit to damage him, and the Tentaclaws he summons swallow you for terrible,terrible damage.

From my experience, not so much. From the KH franchize, it gotta be the 2nd time you fight the Darkside heartless in #1. I could not get past him for the longest time. But according to critics:

He's one of the hardest.

@angrypwnzer 57. It took me only 12 to defeat Leechgrave, but 57 to kill the Darkide Heartless a 2nd time.

Technically, you're refering to the Dark Follower, who was a total pushover….beat him in two minutes

Some of you may not even consider this an official character but that goddamn enemy paddle on the right side of the screen is the hardest thing to beat in any video game ever hands down; especially the more you lose.

I dare any of you to come close to beating Jasper on No More Heroes 2. He is hard as shit. Even on Normal. Took me several weeks to finish him.

Also, try beating Jo Hanon on Yakuza 1. I garunt33 you will never beat him.

@Jeane, I agree on the Jo part but Jasper isn't THAT hard. Shinobi and Kunoichi had some pretty hard bosses.

Hey, you guys know Kingdom Hearts II, right?
It's super easy, but import the Final Mix version, set it to Critical, and turn on the 0 EXP ability. Watch as all bosses kill you in 3 hits or less.
Roxas is a nightmare, half his attacks will kill you in 1 hit, and he moves around like a Scout from TF2. But worse.

Larxene is actually harder. And she only has 1/3 of Sephiroth's health.

Meh. For the most part, you can just plain kick his ass. Limits take off so much of his health, it isn't funny.

Tabuu in SSBB. When he uses that shockwave attack… UGH. He's even hard to defeat with Snake on your team. :/

The only time I was gameovered by Tabuu was when I was using a faulty controller.

What's the difference between American and Japanese? It's not like there's a damn final mix.

I was in Japan when it was released. Since I'm Japanese-fluent, I figured "why not?"

Even though you're not required to defeat him, Cuelix from Super Mario RPG is hard as hell.

I did the Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix Level 1 Critical challenge.
I beat the entire game and defeated Lexaeus and Zexion.
Larxene's a bitch to kill.
