What happened to all the flame wars? This place used to be the Detroit of the Internet, and now everyone is living in harmony. What happened?

I wouldn't say Harmony just yet. Every time someone even says the word "Pony" a mass Apocalypse of Negative Karma, Trolls, and scorching Flame arises out of the depths and caves of KYM.

Everyone is like this now.

We have become unified as one proud Empire.

A good half of the KYMers got bitten by the MLP bug, in case you didn't get the message.

We found that Troll Kings kryptonite is ponies. It is very effective.

Everyone is singing and holding hands while trying to chew their own arms off to escape the clutches of their fellow KYMers… O.o Oh god the horror…

This is basically how I deal with ponies on KYM.

User: “GOD SHUT THE FUCK ABOUT PONIES”
Me: “Yea man, it’s getting kind of annoying.”

Other User: “DUDE AREN’T PONIES AWESOME.”
Me: “Yea, they’re pretty cool.”

Then I proceed to do other dubiously productive things with my life, like eating cereal :o

Researching a cure for the pony fever at the moment, which requires mild exposure. Starting to show early signs of infection, though. If I don't make it, know that I became a brony for the sake of Science

This is basically how I deal with ponies on KYM.

This world needs more love.

There is no switching sides in the pony debate, there is no hating ponies, there is only ponies, and anyone who disagrees is an infidel, and anyone who gives there life debating an infidel will go to heaven in the highest honors.

I don't really hate anything. I don't even hate Troll King… or should I say T.K.
