It depends on what type of pokemon you talk about. If you talk about the normal pokemon like this:
Then no, it can't be considered furry.

However, if you start talking about the pokemorph like this:

Then yes, consider it a furry, at least in my opinion.

Of course the best part…
is that textile turns those into actual ellipses. I think I mentioned quite a while ago that I used to run an online discussion forum dedicated to the octothorpe. I think it would be very worthwhile to discuss the comparative merits of the ellipsis vs. three periods (full stops).

I'm sure some of the pokemon can be considered furries, or at least slightly anthro animals, such as Gardevoir or Gothitelle.

Anything can be considered furry if it's anthropomorphized.
