What do you use to make gifs? I've been interested in making them for a while now.

I'm trying a few different programs, with varying success. Those first two were made with photoshop. I've also been messing with flash, aftereffects, fireworks, and ASEsprite. Any suggestions from other peeps?

I make all my gifs with a combination of paint.net and iaza. I have been meaning to download some semi-professional animation software for some time now, but as iaza works just fine for my needs, I haven't gotten around to it.
