So, as I stated in the Where are you from, exactly? thread, I want to make a map of where KYM users live (as suggested by BSOD). I like maps. I'll use the responses from that thread, and if you want on and haven't already posted, post below. You can be as specific as you like. Things might get a bit cramped, so I'll do my best.

Now, I know some users' locations in more detail than they may wish to share, so if you want me to, er, "zoom out," or leave you off, just let me know.

Give some credit to BSoD, he was the one who suggested it (or at least he was the first one I saw to mention it).

Maybe something interactive. Like when you mouse over a country it has a speech bubble-type thing that shows who lives there.

I don't mind how exact you are in labeling my location, anywhere near Portland will do.

Well, I was just going to make a world map and put everyone's locations on it. I could also try to do an HTML thing too if people want.

In the interests of privacy, I've decided not to do a Google Map-type thing. I've also raided the profiles of my friends to see if I could get any info.

I live more in the north of Germany, about two hours away from the border to the Netherlands as well.

I live in the southern part of wisconsin not far from the border to Illinois

Wisconsin, northwoods. Opspe already knows my town, so there's no point in saying it here.

The map is coming along nicely. I'll post it tomorrow to give more users a chance to get on it.

I have about 60 users so far.

Northwest Ohio is good enough, close to the Southwest part of Lake Erie.

No way, same here! I live in Cambridge for half of the year, but I'm in Gateshead right now.

I'm around Dallas and that's as specific as I'm willing to be.

Near the middle of California in the US of A.

Up to 70. So far, the biggest concentration of users seems to be the northeastern US (big surprise).

Put me in Southern California. That's the northern part of Mexico that's never marked on a map as being part of that country. I'm about half-way between Vazquez' location and the official border. (You do have Vazquez, right?)

My human lives on an alternate Earth, so…

I was never good at Geography; does our Earth have a place called Miami, Florida? It sounds familiar but I want to get this all sorted out.
