Considering the events that have occurred in the past RP’s, I am really looking forward to this

Yeah, I’m sorry for what happened in the last one. The network I use decided to block KYM. (Some do-gooder on campus got us reported for porn…) I can still post on the site using my phone & do my forum moderator functions but if I want to make more complex posts using images and whatnot I need to do it via my laptop, which requires walking a good 15 minutes to the nearest starbucks. So, updating the last RP became kind of difficult.

Alright, I’m assuming the the command rules from the last game still apply as well. I.E: no more than 6 commands and technology upgrades require their logical pre-requisites

So just a quick question, but to establish trade relations with a player-controlled nation, should you also be contacting the player in control of that nation, and possibly vice-versa? I just want to clear up the necessary procedures is all
