Oh, you meant yourself. Okay then.

I think I’m going to adopt this “friends with everyone” strategy in a later game. PvP is dumb and should only be implemented when the GM wants to see some action.

Turn 12
Political Map
-After this turn, you may no longer steal tech from other nations. All technological developments are considered state secrets. However, you may “gift” technology to another nation. Giving and receiving techs is not mutually inclusive; your “trade partner” is not obliged to hold up their end of the bargain, so be wary who you deal with.
-Removed railways from the map, added oil, uranium, and capital cities.

The United Socialist States of Victoria
Dictatorship of the Proletariat

Religion: Atheist
Culture: Nordic (Danish)
Tech: Printing Press, Sextant, Compass, Steam Engine, Germ Theory, Railroad, Electricity, Interchangeable Parts, Medical Science, Combustion Engine, Automobile, Mining Machinery, Vaccines, Antiseptics, High Yield Explosives, Atomic Model
Army:[====|=]
Rifle, Machinegun, Armored Car, Cavalry, Howitzer
Navy:[===|==]
Tropedo Boat, Dreadnaught
AirF:[|=====]
Glider

-The Atomic Model theory is developed.
-High yield explosives are invented.
-Gliders are developed.
-Dreadnaughts, too large to be practically mass produced and too powerful to be ignored, are complimented with smaller ships called torpedo boats, which are designed to outmaneuver capital ships and deliver torpedo bombs at close range.
-An invasion of Alpsia is launched in order to free the people there from capitalist oppression. The locals are less than grateful, but are too sparse in population and lacking in weaponry to put up any kind of a strong defense.
-The locals in Mexico and Peten have quickly learned that to refuse the generous gift of Danish lessons is to err the men with guns, which grants a one-way ticket to prison camps in Manitoba. The regions are are simultaneously plagued with disease, brought by the invading soldiers, which also thins out the population.
-A new organization, the “pioneers,” is made up of young volunteers sent to the conquered regions to manage the construction of industry and educate the locals in Marxist ideology.

The Kingdom of Fasier
DarkErmac

Religion: Catholic
Culture: Iberian (Portuguese)
Tech: Printing Press, Sextant, Calculus, Medical Science, Microscope, Steam Engine, Railroad, Vaccines, Electricity, Steam Car, High Yield Explosives, Radio, Atomic Model
Army:[===|==]
Musket, Machinegun, Cavalry, Cannon
Navy:[==|===]
Galley, Cog, Ironclad, Seaplane Ship
AirF:[=|====]
Monoplane, Tac. Bomber

-The people of region_name are demanding that their region be named.
-Modifications are made to the airplane, creating bombers capable of carrying small explosive payloads for precision strikes.
-Various forms of radio transmission methods are created, and communication via radio revolutionizes both military organization and media broadcasting.
-Experimentation with alpha particles fired through a thin gold sheet result in a concrete theory of atomic nuclei.
-The Summerset Sea islands are occupied meticulously, one by one. Once these regions are secured, the entire region, including Deisea, is declared part of the Fasien nation.
-The fleet is sent to blockade Brasil, but the superior Dunmer dreadnaughts and faster wooden ships are capable of outgunning and outmaneuvering the Fasien blockade. Fortunately, the Vascons manage to land and retake the occupied regions, and the Dunmer fleet is forced to retreat.
-Transfer student programs between Vascony and Fasier are encouraged between their respective universities. The Basque language has also become a core curriculum course in Fasien colleges.

The Most Serene Republic of Syserror
Blue Screen (of death)

Religion: Orthodox
Culture: East Slavic (Ruthenian)
Tech: Printing Press, Medical Science, Steam Engine, Mining Machinery, Medicine, Railroad, Interchangeable Parts, Combustion Engine, Electricity, High Yield Explosives, Germ Theory
Army:[====|=]
Rifle, Machinegun, Cavalry, Howitzer
Navy:[=|====]
Galley, Cog, Galleon

-Railway construction continues, particularly in the west, connecting major cities together. Oil pipelines run alongside them from the drilling fields.
-The Finns agree to an alliance.
-Trade subsidies boost exports to Finland and Persia.
-Electric devices are invented, and electrical power plants start to appear in major cities.
-High yield explosives are developed by chemists in well funded universities.
-Machine guns are imported.
-The usage of microscopes has resulted in the confirmation of germ theory as germ fact. However, scientific journals would contest that there is no such thing as fact.

The Most Serene Republic of Crimsonia
Crimson Locks

Religion: Catholic
Culture: West Slavic (Polish)
Tech: Printing Press, Medical Science, Antiseptics, Steam Engine, Railroad, Combustion Engine, Electricity, Interchangeable Parts, Vaccines
Army:[====|=]
Rifle, Machinegun, Cavalry, Howitzer
Navy:[==|===]
Frigate, Schooner, Galleon
AirF:[|=====]
Glider

-The combustion engine reaches Crimsonia.
-Electrical devices are now in production and use.
-Medicine is improved upon through the usage of vaccines.
-Interchangeable parts is now a thing.
-Colonial missions are sent “to the southern seas” with no real goal in mind. They end up somewhere in Africa, and conquer the local tribes without an issue.
-Border forts are strengthened against attacks on all fronts.

The Most Serene Republic of Seccia
Slappy the Fish

Religion: Catholic
Tech: Printing Press, Sextant, Gene Theory, Compass, Germ Theory, Medical Science, Antiseptics, Vaccines, Steam Engine, Combustion Engine, Electricity, Mining Machinery, Interchangeable Parts, Railroad, Radio, Automobile, High Yield Explosives
Army:[===|==]
Rifle, Machine Gun, Armored Car, Cavalry, Howitzer
Navy:[====|=]
Frigate, Schooner, Battleship
AirF:[==|===]
Monoplane

-The people of region_name are demanding that their region be named.
-Alpsian colonists are instructed to sabotage Victorian expansion by settling on their western land claims to cut them off from the north. The commies respond with force, and overrun the colony.
-Mass paranoia breaks out in Nova Scotia after the fall of Alpsia. Many people are preemptively emigrating to Suevia. However, Victoria does not appear to be crossing the border.
-Colonists are sent to what is now known as Indonesia. Local tribes are conquered, and Borneo falls to the Seccians.
-Due to the distance involved, the invasion of India is less than completely successful, and the Angmen manage to capture almost the entire peninsula before Seccia’s base of operations was secured. Operations even further eastward were forced to be cancelled due to the difficult nature of long distance logistics on multiple fronts.
-The radio is invented, revolutionizing the spread of information, improving both military and media efficiency.
-Biplanes are upgraded to monoplanes.
-Armored cars are reconstructed for civilian use as automobiles.
-Knowledge of high yield explosives is gained from abroad.

The Noble Republic of Angmar
Cale the Witch King of Cats

Religion: Orthodox
Culture: Greek
Tech: Printing Press, Sextant, Blast Furnace, Mining Machinery, Steam Engine, Medical Science, Railroad, Vaccines, Interchangeable Parts, Electricity, Combustion Engine, Antiseptics, Radio, Automobile
Army:[====|=]
Kevlar, Rifle, Machinegun, Cavalry, Howitzer
Navy:[===|==]
Submersible, Dreadnaught

-A colonial expedition across the Pacific ocean is lost and never heard from again.
-Small submersibles with limited use are created as an experiment into underwater exploration.
-Kevlar is invented and put to use in a variety of industrial purposes, most notably as peronal armor.
-The radio is invented, greatly improving military communications, among other things.
-Automobiles are imported.
-The sale of narcotics is made legal, but the usage and purchase of them remain a felony. This has created an odd situation in which Angmen are almost encouraged to sell all sorts of illicit drugs to foreigners. This has had a significant impact on Turkey, China, and Serbia.
-The Serbian ambassador, citing long term good relations between Angmar and Serbia, has protested the new drug legislation and is requesting that a Serbian exemption be added to the act so that Serbians are treated as Angmar citizens when considering drug trade.
-A draft and additional tax is initiated for a short time to raise funds for a new fleet.
-Campaigns are launched against Turkey and Arabia. The former in the middle of suppressing a gang war over drug turf cannot fight back properly, and the latter lacks the manpower to do the same. All in all the war is short.
-India is invaded from bases in Indochina, and the distance from well prepared bases makes the conquest much faster than that of Indochina itself. A number of vassal states are made and incorporated into the empire and with a minor exception on the part of Seccia the peninsula is now under Angman control.
-Angmar’s military is spread thin, and requires a short break to build up defenses and logistics in newly conquered regions before any new operations can be made.

Religion: Catholic
Culture: Basque
Tech: Printing Press, Medical Science, Steam Engine, Railroad, Electricity, Combustion Engine
Army:[=====|]
Rifle, Machinegun, Cavalry, Howitzer
Navy:[===|==]
Frigate, Tropedo Boat, Dreadnaught

-Dreadnaughts are now being built, as well as torpedo boats.
-Another military drive has risen manpower levels to their maximum.
-France is invaded. The region, having been only recently occupied and severely damaged during the war, falls without significant effort. Weapons found there are significantly made up of Victorian rifles.
Akavir is attacked and falls without a fight. Ambitious Basque settlers move in to take advantage of the new lands.
-An attack force is sent to retake Brasil. The new torpedo boats prove to be a significant boon to the navy, and several Dunmer dreadnaughts are sunk.
-The attack on Solstheim is forced to be abandoned due to emergency defense needed on the border with Vinland. The chaos in reorganizing for defense has led to significant enemy advances.
-Italy is annexed.
-A proposal to rename the nation to “The Roman Empire” is being considered, although many are against it due to the distinctly Italian cultural background in the city of Rome.

-Military forces are withdrawn from continental Europe.
-The Syserrene embargo is lifted.
-A “national goal” is declared, in which Medicea promises to gain peaceful relations with all countries.
-Dreadnaught designs are imported and put to use.
-The government is moved to Mortello, a land capable of supporting a much larger population than the European territories.
-The mechanical computer, essentially an automatic punch card machine, is invented.
-Green energy is made greener.

The Most Serene Republic of Morrowind
Fridge Logic

Religion: Dunmer Pagan/Catholic

Navy:[==|===]
Frigate, Schooner, Battleship
AirF:[|=====]
Biplane

-Biplanes and battleship schematics are imported.
-High yield explosives are created.
-Automotive technologies progress with the development of a crude heavily armored fighting vehicle, called a “tank.”
-Japan has opened trade with Morrowind.
-A series of friendly diplomatic gestures towards Victoria have succeeded in establishing good will between the two nations.
-The term “manifest destiny” enters the vocabulary of settlers in the far west. They believe that it is Morrowind’s divine mission to reach the Pacific ocean from Niben Bay.
-A new draft raises manpower levels even higher.
-Suevia is invaded, and great care is taken to prevent any unnecessary casualties from silly things like attrition.
-A devastating defeat in the north Atlantic has forced the fleet to pull back from Brasil, enabling Vascon troops to land and overwhelm the Dunmer armies in the region. A number of capital ships are sunk by the much smaller Vascon torpedo boats and a great quantity of soldiers are taken captive on the island.

Navy:[====|=]
Caravel, Schooner, Battleship
AirF:[|=====]
Biplane

-Sweden is annexed formally.
-Hong Kong is sold to a Forsetian company and incorporated as a national territory. The new port acts as the perfect location for a logistical base in the Pacific to fuel the invasion of Japan.
-A fleet is sent to Honshu. Vastly superior technology and the Chinese distraction in the south leads to an easy victory over the Japanese.
-Battleships and biplanes are now being built.
-The atomic model is theorized.
-Using their new planes, propaganda leaflets are dropped over Skyrim to encourage Scandinavian unification.

-Opium is banned. This doesn’t stop it from being used. The death penalty is applied which, seemingly harsh, encourages government officials in south china to pardon offenders or ignore infractions altogether. Corruption is getting out of hand, and other crimes can now be paid off with suitable bribes.
-Sailing expeditions to the northwest confirm the existence of a blue blob named Syserror.
-Japan is invaded. After significant resistance and massive Chinese casualties, the island of Kyushu is captured.
-The steam engine is perfected.
-The glider is invented.
-Caravels are now being built.
-The city of Hong Kong is gifted to Forseti.

You can’t just give the entirety of China to a player nation, it affords an incredibly disproportionate advantage.

China should just go back to being China.

Also, a question: is there a limit to the amount of techs we can gift per turn?

No, but player nations are still limited on the number of techs they can gain per turn at around four. So, if you have five different people trying to gift you tech, I am going to pick the ones you get at random.
