It was. I had to make my desktop this for a week, due to a thread here. Sorry, it wasn't a very good drawing of you.

Might as well play one of the videos. If you're in the US, you have some protection on what you see accidentally from computer files/websites. It's the same as clicking an anonymous link and being linked to kiddie porn. You didn't intend to go there. Your brief moment of horror has passed. Turn around, back the fuck out of what you were doing, and report what just happened.
If it's innocent stuff: Meh, whatever. See if the flashdrive is large enough to bother salvaging and either wipe it or toss it.
I wouldn't worry too much about viruses. It's possible they'll infect your system, but it's more likely they were designed for a Windows OS if it's an older flash. If they are old viruses, your newer system should have security holes blocked, and clean up systems that will take care of the problem rather easily.
