For the last goddamn time: The project started before you joined up. You aren’t in control. This is a team effort. I have put my blood and my sweat and my tears into this project, and will continue to do so come hell or high water, as long as it takes. And so will every other person involved with this project. And before you start pointing fingers at us for being driven by ego, remember that the first thing you said to us was “can I be in your game?”.
Now, take a day, take a week, take however long you need to think about this. If you are willing to accept the fact that your ideas are not the end-all-be-all of the game, then come on back, we’ll welcome you with open arms. If not, that’s fine, we won’t hold it against you, we’ll just go our separate ways. But until you are absolutely sure, I don’t want to see you on the board.
