A city of scholars, conversationalists, thinkers, and artists controlled by the Moderators with a purpose to document world history and culture of the internet with The Triumphant SRJ, Cheeto, and Goat – Tan as the state religion.

Lets create galleys to document hundreds of different memes and subcultures, each having their own special gallery just for them…

And then ignore those and just upload everything into popular trending galleries without tags for easy karma.

Plot Twist : You don't get karma from picture upvotes! (DUN DUN DUN!!!!)

KYM is comprise of obsessed visionaries, mystic degenerates, hardcases with doctorates, fallen pagans, renegade scholars, drug-dealing hermaphrodites, actors who refuse to be seen or heard, military vets bent for Masons, children raised as gods, sewer dwellers, kill-crazy psychos inspired by Logan’s Run, worshippers of cardboard boxes, those who know the language of cats, secret societies of grocery-store clerks, the followers of James Dean, holistic terrorists, stigmatic talk-show hosts, that kid in third grade who ate his thumb, autistic clairvoyants, old souls in new bodies, practitioners of Tantric channel-surfing, JFK-suicide conspiracists, people who believe we never landed on the moon, people who believe they landed on the moon, and people who believe they are the moon.

Any gallery that surpasses the MLP gallery in views is considered the greatest thing to ever happen on this site. People go the entry's comment section to celebrate this "achievement" and preach the downfall of MLP's influence on this site.

But acknowledging it in the comments is not enough. No, we have to screencap the gallery's views and post it on the gallery that "defeated" MLP along with a title that says, "We did it Guys!"

If that gallery is still number 1 the next day, another screencap of the gallery's views are uploaded and another one because one is not enough.

MLP eventually returns to number 1 and the cycle repeats itself.

"Describe KYM in a nutshell."

Well, the pixels on the logo are a bit blurry, there's a watermark on the side, and the shell comes from a brown walnut. There, are we done?

Has a surprising lack of Homestuck and Doctor who considering the size of the fandoms.

Sorry to double post (maybe) but I noticed this and feel like I should respond.

We used to have a fairly active Homestuck General, and back in my time quite a few of the mods were Homestucks. It seems to have died with the rest of the fandom.

As for Doctor Who, there have been several attempts to create a general thread, and all have been unsuccessful. I suppose they like to stick to tumblr.

Yep, this is very accurate…

Some of us make and effort to source images…
Of course there are people that scoff at the idea that they should be have any responsibility to try and find the original source.
