In Japan an Anon post called for mass exhibitionism. It said, “Let’s board the Yamanote line without putting on any trousers! Everyone gather at Otsuka station at 10AM!”

Sixty police officers rushed to the station, but were disappointed that nobody came.

Makes you wonder if the police have any better matters to attend to…

Most likely had something to do with this.
