Someone really needs to learn me how to fit an image into a certain pre-selected shape, currently I’m just cutting the sides until it fits.

I use GIMP and select the Perspective tool (if you don’t have it on your Toolbox, you can find it on the Tools Window, Transfrom Tools. You just move the corners of the image to shape them (I don’t know about 3D image tools like spheres though).
Outside of GIMP… I’m sure there must be a similar tool.

Found it, thanks. I use Photoshop Elements, they have it hidden in the image section on the bar.

Some images I’ve seen here just fitted so well, with such an unusual shape, I thought I had to select the area first and somehow drag the image into it, automatically giving it that shape. Seems I was wrong.

And also i use Paint.net to do this. i just add a new layer under the screen. Clear the Screen and put the last pic in the screen. nothing cool.
