I noticed while looking at the article for 'F**k That Guy / Dumb Bitch' that there isn't any mention of the scared looking derivative.
It's nowhere near as common as the original so probably isn't a meme in its own right, but I still think it's noteworthy enough to deserve a small section of the article. The ragebuilder on Memebase has it listed as 'Heck no', and I've seen it used a few times in the last month. Here's just one example:
