Nah, not a meme. People do similar things all the time. It's just the internet equivalent of chain mail.

It's a pretty-looking chain letter. This wouldn't be a meme.

It's nothing special. People make these copypastas all the time. Over at Failbook we had a blast changing the message in that pretty box.

It's definitely one of many chain messages/copypastas that happen a lot on facebook and myspace. I actually really like the cheesy ASCII. Do we have an entry for those as a whole? Or a subsection in copypasta?
