I’ve been hunting around the interwebs for undocumented memes, and I happened to stumble upon the Dental Plan page on ED.
Does anyone have any clue where this originated, how much spread it had, and what its common usage was? ED wasn’t very informative, as per usual.

I might add this to the Simpsons entry if you can provide some more info about its spread online. As far as I know it’s just a really catchy phrase.

Well, most of my info so far comes from ED, who claim it was a forced meme on 4chan. Although when they say that, they mean it was a meme, that they just didn’t find funny.

Most of the images and videos appear to come from 2008. I know it was used in ventrillo harassment, but I can’t find it on 4chan archives.
