should there be a page to it? it is very popular among Naruto fans (or narutards). I know because i used to be one.

It is not an actual jutsu, but a fanmade one. Its meaning is how Naruto or other characters win a fight, but instead of actually fighting, they persuade the enemy that he should stop fighting.

I know probably the answer will be no but why not make a thread and see what happens?

I hear this a lot, but only within the Naruto Fanbase. If you where to make a entry about it I suggest finding either a ton of examples or prove that it has been used outside the Naruto fanbase.
