Ok, I doubt this is a very good chance of being a meme, but there was a little fad on ytmnd that has the same purpose of Drop It Like It’s Hot or Fresh Prince if Bel Air. It’s basically the first verse of Eminem’s song Without Me. Does it sound familiar? Is it a meme?

There are some examples on the YTMND wiki. At least 4. I’m looking through YouTube now.
