I am with this all the way if you post, uh, “examples” of this “meme” in this thread.

It sounds like it could be a page on TVTropes, where the size of the breasts corresponds to certain personality attributes or roles, or where the breasts are consistently mocked, ogled, or are a hindrance.
It doesn’t sound like a meme at first thought though.
It’s not something for a page and based on the tone in OP’s post he’s just trolling.
