I'm gonna be straight up with you.
Yes I've seen the video and I liked it, but the phrase "use a weel gun" or "pick up a weel gun" shouldn't have a submission.
If you do make a submission it will be deadpooled very fast and you'll lose some rep on this site.
(meaning people won't like you as much as someone who makes a good entry)
It's not a meme it's just a line from a video, there isn't any spread or use of it.

I found some spread.
In one of the later GMOD Idiot Box episodes, an Engineer can be heard to say "What you need is a real gun." and a kid suddenly appears to flail around his limbs, saying "Pick up a weel gun!" in the same voice from the CS:4Kidz video.
