I've created a new meme, that may be quite good. It's called 'Disapproving Dog'. It is based on a witty dog, with a beret and a fashion scarf, with captions fit like 'That top, with those shoes?!' Or 'Girl, stop eating that kitkat. You're fat enough.' How can I make a new category? Thanks c:

This site is for documentation of current memes, not for creating new ones. If you create an entry, it will most likely be swiftly deadpooled (the opposite of confirmed), and flooded with "OP is a fag" comments. If you think it has potential, post it on Reddit or Memebase or something.
