I've noticed that Mega Man subculture page has not been created yet. Mega Man has had several internet memes over the years. On ytmnd during the time when they were huge, one of the early fads involved Rejected Mega Man robot masters. Gutsman's Ass from the Mega Man cartoon is quite popular as well in youtube poops (Kajetokun too).
As for the fanbase, they have been insanely vocal on the internet, especially with Capcom's "raping" of the franchise as of recent. And there are several fan videos paying tribute to Mega Man in every way possible. The question though is whether it's enough to host it's own subculture page on KYM.
