This PR Log story claiming Banksy had been arrested and revealed just began popping up all over, here's a tweet from PSFK and a story on Death and Taxes, but it may be fake.

Here's a Reddit thread debunking it and a tweet from newsweek editor Brian Ries claiming articles on PR Log can be purchased.

This is something we should definitely be keeping an eye on

That is a humor / prank site.
