I have a pictrue of charles bronson(from the movie not the real one) pointing and thought it woukd be a good idea for a insult meme. Any suggestions of what i shoukd do?

Anyways, KYM does not create memes, we document them. If you want to start a meme, try Reddit or 4chan. Considering how you started your idea though ("Have this pic, I believe it's a good meme"), I doubt you will succeed in creating one.
