Lately I’ve been seeing many variations of parodies of this Pokémon in the Pokémon image gallery. Kurenai has mentioned that it’s become popular on Tumblr mainly because of it’s big eyed deep stare expression. In case you don’t know what Espurr looks like, here’s what it looks like:

Shadowmancreator even wants a whole image gallery for Espurr. That would require an entry for it, but does it even warrant one?

Have seen this a ton, but I’m not sure if it deserves an entry just yet. Give it a week.

Tumblr reblogs Espurr stuff all the time, but I wouldn’t say it’s memetic.

Something being reblogged all the time is actually a sign it’s memetic. Just pointing that out.

Fair enough, but my point was there didn’t seem to be much variation. Even then, I think I was denying that. (especially considering the OP says so)

Plus, I was going to edit my post to mention how X and Y in general is quite memetic, especially on Tumblr, but I just couldn’t quite find the right sentence and forgot about it anyway..

We need a format for a super-meme page. We can put Espurr and the blob thing under X and Y, under Pokemon.
