do contradictory phrases, like "Pinnochio says 'My nose will grow'" or "The next sentance is true. The previous sentance is false." belong in Philosoraptor (misspelled, lazy, fffffuuuuuu) or Divide By Zero?

Paradoxical phrases? Those aren't exclusive to the internet, therefore they don't have their own category, nor do they belong in Philosoraptor. If someone makes a philosoraptor macro featuring a paradoxical phrase, just upload it to the Philosoraptor entry.
As for the others, "Divide by Zero" is a really old internet meme that has its own entry.
