Despite the confusion and blunders by the OP, I think this could actually work as a Meme Research thread. How about we make this about discussing "forced memes" and what to do with them? Might work. There's already a similar thread in site-related, but this is already, here, so why not? Not sure if this was the OP's intent, but it's a possibility. Or you can just lock this and we move on with our lives.

Feel free to make a new one in JFF. I can move it of course but it has turned away from the topic already a bit too quickly.
