I'm dumbfounded that you guys don't have this one by now.
Basically, if you've been on Tumblr for even so much as a few minutes, you may have seen one of these posts featuring images from various media (usually anime) overlaid with Tumblr text posts. Here are some examples that I've found on my Tumblr feel, with all courtesies to the hosting blogs:
