Alright, Hawaii is a very small area so I don't know if this would constitute a meme, but here it is:
Hawaii hasn't had a big storm in a while. The one to warn the Hawaiian islands of the storms are the weathermen/women, most notably, Guy Hagi. He's basically known for his local pidgin style of talking. The storms are almost always not as bad as the all weather forecasts, but Guy, being the most notable, is jokingly made fun of for the lack of chaos he "promised". Recently, with this most recent hurricane passing the islands, the online mockery has increased to the point where I at least think it's notable. Maybe to be put as a part of News Bloopers or something?
