I don't know who he actually is (lol) but if you feel he needs a page and is popular, then do what you can and make one. If you need help, then you can post here to ask for it.

(I might help, but I usually only if I can actually add something of value. He's about as big as PMJ, so it would probably make for a good article.)

I'd say go for it. Everyone that cares to chip it will, and I'm sure something will come together.
