6 months ago, an entry was made for Monster Musume, and it was deadpooled for the reasonable explanation of a lack of spread.

6 months have passed, and I've noticed it has had a degree of spread.

Should we consider undeadpooling the page?

I would say that I see it quite often, but I would be biased because I am a fan and seek it out. it has decent spread, but I'd say its best to wait a bit. An anime was hinted at being in the works, so eventually I can see it being undeadpooled.
